Devonie Nicholas serves as the Public Relations Director for the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach & New York City Wine & Food Festivals.  Born in Michigan, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Political Science from Florida State University, and Master of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Miami. Devonie has been working for the Festivals full-time since 2008, with experience managing public relations, branding and marketing programs, as well as other strategic initiatives. Devonie is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier Miami and the Public Relations Society of America, and resides on Miami Beach with her dog, a Shiba Inu named Guinness.
