Jeremy Weiss owns the label CI Records (est. 1987), releasing nearly 150 records.  He has produced over 1,300 live concerts throughout central and Eastern Pennsylvania, through CI Productions, primarily booking at The Chameleon Club & the CI-owned all ages venue, The Champ.  Weiss has signed notable acts, such as August Burns Red, Texas In July, Carousel Kings, The Pink Spiders, The Shackeltons, The Great Heights Band, etc. & manages Hot Jam Factory, Carousel Kings, & One Year Later.

In 2008, Weiss created and founded LAUNCH Music Conference and Festival in Lancaster, PA, now entering it's 8th year.  He is the Executive Director.  LAUNCH features dozens of industry professionals over a 2-day instructional program, and stages nearly 200 live performances over 3 nights, 15 stages, and 10 venues, enjoying some 12,000 participants each year.

Weiss is a "guru" for the online instructional platform The Entertainment Institute, and has spoken at myriad conferences and universities over his nearly 3-decade-long career.
