Lagunitas Brewing Company began in Tony Magee’s kitchen in 1993. From the stovetop, they moved within Northern California to the community of Petaluma. Now, with a new Chicago production facility, they’re bringing their flagship IPA across the globe, emerging as a battle-tested brewery capable of making beer on the surface of the Moon, if need be. With their continued growth, they look to make more sustainable and environmental choices, pioneering long-term trade agreements with malt and hop farmers, while keeping their sense of humor relatively stagnant. After all, beer speaks, people mumble.
