Pacific Food & Beverage, a division of the nonprofit SoFAB Institute, documents and celebrates the food and drink of the Pacific Coast and American West through exhibits, programming, and a range of media. SoFAB, also home to the Southern Food & Beverage Museum, The Museum of the American Cocktail, and the John & Bonnie Boyd Hospitality & Culinary Library, is growing into the nation's most comprehensive cultural enterprise studying food and drink.
